New Mexico Terms and Conditions

By visiting or using New Mexico Busted Mugshots, you agree to these conditions. If you do not accept them, stop using the site. These terms apply to its pages, search tools, and links.

New Mexico Busted Mugshots is privately run and has no government affiliation. It points to New Mexico arrest-record and booking-photo resources but is not a government office, private investigation firm, or consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Neither the site nor its ad partners offer FCRA-covered services, and information may not be used for any purpose governed by that law.

Nature of the Service

This is a private reference service with no ties to a New Mexico court, sheriff, jail, or corrections agency. It does not hold official records, confirm live custody, release a person, or file a document on anyone’s behalf.

The pages point readers toward county arrest sources, NMCD profiles, courts, and other record systems. Outside search providers may be available through a separate tool, and each provider controls its own results and services.

Acceptable Use

Use the pages and tools only in a lawful, respectful way. These limits apply to all visitors:

  • Do not use the service to break the law.
  • Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or target another person.
  • Do not use its information for a purpose barred by the FCRA.
  • Do not try to access accounts or systems without permission.
  • Do not run automated scrapers or bots against the pages.
  • Do not disrupt access for other visitors.

FCRA Use Is Prohibited

New Mexico Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and does not provide background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Do not use site information for any of the following purposes:

  • Employment decisions, including hiring or firing
  • Housing or tenant-screening decisions
  • Credit or insurance eligibility and terms
  • Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
  • Any other use covered by the FCRA

Third-Party Destinations

Links may open county rosters, sheriff or corrections pages, government portals, federal locators, county sites, or outside research tools. Public-records requests to New Mexico agencies follow the Inspection of Public Records Act; the New Mexico Department of Justice guide explains that process. We do not control third-party content, data practices, fees, or uptime. Review the destination’s terms before using it.

Information Provided As Is

All pages and tools are offered “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made about:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or current status
  • Continuous or error-free access
  • Security from every defect or vulnerability
  • The coverage or quality of outside search results

Custody and public records change. Nothing here is an official statement by a New Mexico sheriff, jail, court, or government agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Mexico Busted Mugshots and its operators are not liable for loss or damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the pages, tools, or outside links.

Responsibility for Claims

You agree to defend and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Material

Unless a source is credited otherwise, the site text, design, logos, and code belong to New Mexico Busted Mugshots or its content partners. Do not copy, distribute, or alter protected material without written permission.

Changes to the Terms

These conditions may be revised at any time. A change takes effect when the updated text is posted here, and continued use means you accept it.

Access May Be Restricted

Access to the site may be limited or ended at any time, with or without notice, including when these terms are not followed.

New Mexico Law Applies

These terms are governed by New Mexico law. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in New Mexico.

Severability

If a court finds a term invalid or unenforceable, the other terms remain effective. The affected term will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
